The brief

Mynah is a fictional AI agent for Thai online sellers who sell through chat apps and social DMs — clothing, snacks, skincare, handmade goods. It answers customers, takes orders, checks payment slips and books couriers. When something needs the owner, such as a refund or a discount, it sends one short approval card to their phone and waits.

The audience is busy, mobile-first and sceptical of "AI". The page had to explain the product without hype, and make one thing obvious: the owner stays in charge.

The idea

Show the work, not the technology. A small, rounded mynah bird sits on a perch and does the job in front of you. Chat bubbles float in, and each one leaves as a result: a taped parcel, a checked receipt, a courier van driving off. Every few seconds one bubble becomes an approval card that flies to the owner's phone, and the owner taps Approve. The whole promise is told in one loop.

Step two: many chat bubbles sorted into Orders, Questions and Payments trays

How it works — each step is an isometric scene that builds as you scroll

Design decisions

  1. A mascot that does the work. The bird blinks, tilts its head, hops when a chat lands and flaps when something is approved. It makes an abstract agent feel like a helper, charming but never childish.
  2. Things travel, land and change state. Instead of fade-ins, objects move along curved paths, stack up and switch state. Scroll scrubs the big scenes; small idle loops keep the page alive without stealing attention.
  3. Safety gets its own room. A bold plum section shows a control room with a big switch, a scrolling activity log and a pause button on the owner's phone, answering the sceptic's first question before they ask it.
  4. One headline pattern. Every headline is a bold grotesk with one serif-italic phrase in orange — "handled.", "in charge", "Open the shop." — so the eye always lands on the promise.
  5. Warm, not techy. Off-white, deep plum, mango and leaf green, with no blue. Soft, matte, toy-like 3D with rounded bevels and contact shadows.

You stay in charge — the answer to "what if the AI gets it wrong?"

How it's built

Every 3D object is built in code — rounded boxes, chat-bubble slabs, parcels with tape, frosted phones and the bird itself — with no downloaded models or real brand logos. One WebGL renderer is shared across every section and only draws the scenes that are on screen. All copy lives in one content file, ready to translate into Thai. It works with keyboard, touch and mouse, every scene has a text description, and motion turns off for people who prefer reduced motion.

Where it landed

A landing page that sells trust as much as automation:
